Graze is an enlightened steakhouse that uses impeccably sourced, top quality, prime cuts of meat broiled at 1700 degrees for a charred texture and finished with herb butter. At Graze, our meats are Prime USDA corn-fed Midwest Beef sourced without hormones and antibiotics. Graze focuses as much attention to quality to the sides of vegetables and potatoes as it does with its steaks. Traditional sides such as one pound baked potatoes are served with a caddy of butter, sour cream, aged Texas cheddar and smoke bacon well as some more adventurous sides like smashed purple Peruvians with rosemary and olive oil.
